What to Bring to your Notary Appointment:
- All individuals who are signing the document must come to the appointment
- All documents that you need notarized
- All paperwork related to the notarized documents
- One piece of government issued, photo ID (drivers license, passport, etc.)
- Secondary piece of ID that contains a signature (credit cards or health care cards) or another government issued piece of ID
- Remember to NOT sign any documents that require notarization before your appointment
- For original true copies, remember to bring in the original document
